Every AAC block we supply has the same 600 × 200 mm face; only the thickness changes. So:

Blocks per m³ = 1,000,000,000 ÷ (length × height × thickness, in mm). For a 4 inch block: 1,000,000,000 ÷ (600 × 200 × 100) ≈ 83.3.
Blocks per m² of wall = 1 ÷ (0.6 × 0.2) ≈ 8.33 for every size, which is about 77 blocks per 100 sq ft.
