We operate the website buildingneeds.in — a construction materials price comparison and procurement platform serving customers across Tamil Nadu.

We retain information you submit through quote forms for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. This allows us to follow up on your enquiry and refer back to your requirements if you contact us again.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months as configured in our GA4 property settings.

Session storage data (calculator results) is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab and is never transmitted to our servers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
